Vintage 90’s Red and Blue Plaid Pleated Mini Skirt

This was my skirt in the early 90’s so I know it’s authentic vintage. It’s size 11, which is probably about a size 10. See photos for measurements. It’s got great details with the pins and the button. I absolutely loved this skirt and it’s been sitting in storage for close to 30 years. Freshly dry cleaned.
