Vintage 90's S/M navy blue high waist leggings by New Moves! Fabric does have some stretch but does run smaller (marked a L). Elastic waist. True navy blue. I wore these as a tall skinny kid lol I'm still skinny but they are bit too big so maybe I wore them baggy. Overall great vintage condition. Happy to answer any questions :) Measurements: Waist - 12 1/2 inches across. Is elastic. Easily stretches to 14 inches across. Rise - 12 inches. Inseam - 25 1/2 inches. Hips - 15 1/2 inches across. Material has some stretch. Easily stretches to 17 1/2 inches across. Total length down sides - 36 inches.
