Vintage 90s Style Stretch Velvet Skirt w/ Fringe-M

"Exact Change" size Medium 90s black velvet skirt that features adorable seed bead fringe on the front, and two vents on either side. Size Medium is quite stretchy, and fits me who is a 12/14/16 depending on the style. Adorable worn high waisted as a mini skirt! Perfect for New Year's Eve during Covid. Cute yet comfortable. Actually not too short! Just not a midi or mini but more like 1" above knee.
