Vintage 90s Summer Dress

Vintage floral mini dress from the 1990s Adorable dark floral in black, blue, green, champagne, and red Tag says size 6 but fits like a modern XS-S; could fit size 0-4 80% rayon/20% cotton Chest: 17 inches from armpit to armpit Waist: 15.5 inches at smallest point Total length: 31 inches from shoulder seam to end of skirt Only flaw is that the bottom edge of the skirt is raw and not hemmed. I bought it this way at a vintage store and it hasn’t unraveled or frayed too badly
