Vintage 90s Sz 4 red floral babydoll mini dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @redvelvetnyc. It’s so adorable, but unfortunately was a bit too small in the bust for me. The dress is about a 32-33 inch bust with no stretch in this fabric! Empire waist band is 27 inches. Length is 33 inches. The armholes are also a little tight (hard to measure, but I’d say about 16 inches), so this is best for petite girls. Note some minor discoloration near one underarm, pictured
