This black velvet slinky maxi skirt, by TR Bentley, is an very good condition. It has an elastic waistband. fabric is 88% polyester and 12% spandex. About a 4 in area where some of these stitching at the waistband is no longer there. This doesn't seem to affect the wear of the skirt at all. Size Small.
