Vintage 90s Tamotsu Skirt

Plus size flowy skirt by brand Tamotsu in very good condition, save for a couple loose threads here and there. It is double lined but still sort of sheer when the light hits it. It says a size 2 but is definitely larger than that so please refer to measurements. Closer to a L or XL. Has an elastic band on the back half so definitely some wiggle room. It has princess seams (I think that's what they are called?) which are hard to see in photos. Please let me know if you would like measurements!
