Vintage 90s Tie Dye Belted Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @trippinhippies. Adorable tie dye summer dress. Slight pulls at the seams, see photos. Wouldn’t have noticed them if the dress wasn’t a bit too small on me. For reference I have a 29” waist and it was a bit snug for me. Size medium, but I think would best fit size small. Questions? Leave a comment below!
