Little girl’s vintage 90’s Tiny Tots dress. The fabric is a poly/cotton blend pastel floral. The dress has a oversized collar with white lace trim and a cute little flower. The skirt is super full and has pink peek-a-boo panels. It has short sleeves and buttons at the back of the neck. In excellent vintage condition.
