Vintage 90's Trench Coat w/removable warm liner and plaid scarf, Size 10

This is a vintage 90's trench coat with shoulder pads, removable plaid liner, plaid scarf, and waist tie belt. The second button from the top has come off, but still have the button, noted in pic. Sleeve length- 22" Jacket length- 48"
