Vintage 90s Two Piece Skirt Suit

It features black and gold buttons, 3 pockets on the jacket, a striped stitching on the sleeve openings and pockets, a beautiful speckled pattern throughout and shoulder pads. My guess is that this was made in the late 1980/90s.
