Vintage 90s Velour/ Velvet V-Neck Sweatshirt/Top

This fabulous, vintage 1990s, velour/velvet, black, blue top with silver piping by Instant Action is unique, comfortable and fabulous! Size tag has been cut, but chest measures 19.5" wide, and 21" long so can comfortably fit a size 2-6 (perhaps a size 8, depending of fit preference). Some stretch to material. Very good vintage condition..no stains, holes, etc and velour in great shape! Great alone or for layering.
