Vintage 90s Victor Costa Stretchy Fitted Top

This Victor Costa fitted semi-stretch top looks ever-so 90s with white stripes sewn on top of black mesh fabric. It has a deep scooped neckline and tailored collar. The sleeves are see-through mesh. At the bottom of the neckline is a jeweled ornament. It zips up the back. This top could be paired with a formal skirt or jeans!
