Beautiful long red maxi dress by David Warren New York. Vintage early 90’s garment with Victorian style elements. Close set loop buttons all the way form the mandarin collar down to the center slit. Satin button placket. Cap sleeves. Gorgeous hourglass sheath shaping. Fully lined. Very light shoulder pads which are attached at the corners so they can be snipped easily if you prefer.
