Vintage 90s Watters & Watters Off Shoulder Bow Basque Waist Silk Formal Dress S

This is a gorgeous vintage 90s Watters & Watters label formal dress. The rich jewel-tone purple is universally flattering on everyone. Materials are not listed but this feels and looks like silk and is fully lined in satin. The off the shoulder top with huge ribbon and bow is so subtle, feminine, and chic. The basque wait is super flattering and also giving a bit of a princess fit but the longer length keeps this dress on the sophisticated side.
