This vintage 90s Simon Ellis skirt is a size 14. This velvet skirt has a button/zipper closure, falls to maxi length and slit on the back. It’s a polyester/viscose blend and dry clean only. This dress has whimsigoth vibes and is in good vintage condition. Flaws Some discoloration most noticeable on waistband. Note: All vintage items are going to have signs of wear.
