jmhclosets @skozaksusan515 hi, I think softer, can Bend my arms easily when wearing. Shoulder seam to seam across the back is 18 inches flat, underarm to sleeve hem is 18.5, underarm to waist hem is just over 13 inches. Let me know if you need other measurements?
