Vintage 90s Witchy Green Lace Mesh Romantic Dark Fairy Maxi Dress Whimsigoth SM

This maxi dress is so pretty! It's two layers. The under layer is a black sheath and the top layer is the green see-through lace/mesh. The mesh part is pleated at the knees and looks super cool the way it hangs. There's no velvet on this, but the design and the way the light plays off it gives it a burnout feel.
