Vintage 90s Worthington Red Pleated Floral Midi Dress size 14 buttons tie pleat

Worthington Red Floral Midi Dress size 14 Vintage 90s looks just like something my mother might have worn to church when i was a kid :P red dress with white, blue, and yellow floral print short sleeves small shoulder pads front pleats buttons down the back (~17" down) ties at waist Pre-loved, but still in excellent vintage condition. see last few pics for the following flaws: some pills/pulls, one small stain near the hem, and i cannot tell if that is a pull in the fabric or just a flaw in the print. 100% rayon dry clean only approximate measurements taken while laying flat: chest 20" waist 18" length 49" skirt flare at hem 33" (see pics) questions? please ask!
