Vintage 90s Y2K All Over Sequins Black Mini Dress

Sweetheart neckline with halter multi-straps and an open back. Back hidden zipper closure, fully lined. Size M ( it fits a small) Pit to pit 16.5" Waist 28" Length 37" Preowned, there are a few areas were the sequins are missing but the dress comes with the replacement sequins and that can be repaired by a tailor, there is a small stain on the back, please see the last picture. 3504
