Vintage straight out of the 90s! This dress has no tags, but is best estimated at a medium. It's made out of a stretchy fuzzy velour/velvet material. Very 90s Lip Service, old school Hot Topic vibes. Chest:17.5" flat Waist: 16" flat Hips: Open Length: Approximately 34" from strap to bottom hem. (Straps are adjustable, measurement based on when I tried it on.)
