Vintage 90's Y2K size M black ribbed fitted turtleneck long sleeve sweater knit top! True fold-over turtleneck. Stretchy and meant to be fitted. I'm an XS and found it big under the arms and slouchy so I'd say it's better for a S/M. Was mine back in the day lol. By T.B.A. Great.
