Extremely stretchy and soft white lace faux v neck with built in cleavage coverage blouse from NY Collection with ribbon that can be untied/retied. Lining is not connected to lace on bottom half making it very flattering. Cap sleeves. Material has yellowed in two spots as shown in last two photos. Original owner. Juniors L.
