Vintage 90s/Y2K peak evenings navy blue sequin dress size 4. The dress was hand beaded. The dress is a stretchy knit polyester with sequins throughout and beading on the back shoulder area. There are a few areas of loose threads and missing sequins which are shown in the photos. The dress is in overall gently used condition with no holes/stains or tears.
