Vintage 90s slinky bright red high neck maxi length formal dress, perfect for prom or a holiday party. Dress has a high neckline with adjustable satin straps that cross in the back. Skirt is long and full. Dress also comes with an extra long satin scarf. The dress could use a dry cleaning for deodorant stains under arms and a slight vintage odor. There is also a snag in the skirt (see photo), but is hidden in the fall of the skirt.
