Vintage 90s Y2K baby blue prom dress

This dress was worn to prom in 1997 and I've never seen anything more out of Romy and Michelle's High school reunion. This dress is still in decent condition, some signs of wear pictured, on the strap (from hanging on a hanger for the past 20 years) and slight pilling. Note It's sized 5/6 and Brand Betsy and Adam..Poshmark only allowed me to write 6 on the listing! Rayon, acetate and poly, and It comes with a chiffon matching scarf! It looks like it belongs on a figure skater on the ice with the layers of chiffon and icy light blue satin looking layers. The bust is darted and fit, and right under it the fabric begins to flare out, with adorable functional buttons on the front side. The flare in the fabric layers makes it very airy and breathable for a dress to dance in! Main zip is up the back center.
