Vintage 90s Y2K leopard print button down

Vintage 90s Y2K shiny-satiny-velvety leopard print button down. I can’t really pin down what this fabric is, but I love it! This is another top I’m convinced had a cameo in Buffy. It’s marked a medium, and the width from pit to pit is 16”. Marked Urban for exposure.
