Vintage 90s Y2K mini skirt rainbow knit small medium Costume Kidcore

Super fun vibrant vintage knit rainbow skirt. Mini length with a drawstring pom poms on the end. I’m not 100% sure the yarn type, but I burn tested it and it seems like wool or wool blend. Fits like a small/medium. Waist: 17” flat, can cinch with drawstring Hips: 19” flat Length: 18” There is a little stretch. One of the pom poms is a little loose. There is one spot on the back where the yarn is white instead of purple.
