Vintage 90s black leather skirt with belt buckle detail

Total stunner of a leather skirt from my mother’s closet, purchased from high end boutique in Shanghai in the 90s. In very good used condition, minor fading near back right vent. Lined. Has zipper & snaps at center back, and the belt loops snap onto the skirt. There are pockets! Best fits modern XS - approximate flat lay measurements: waist 12” / hip 17” / length 21”
