Vintage 90s black velvet dress

goth/dark fairy style ft. soft velvet material & floral & vines design. Asymmetrical sheer bottom w/ light ruffles, a very low scooped back & chain-like black & silver straps. Knee length. Looks brand new. Brand is called So Cool USA. Material is 90% polyester and 10% spandex. Hand wash only. Dress is a bit stretchy, especially in the back area. Size large but fits more like a medium. Shown on 5’4” 120 lb model that normally wears a small- back area is a bit baggy on me. Measurements: 15.5” pit to pit, 29” waist, 42” long from the top of strap to longest point of dress and 36” to the shortest part. 🖤 Model: size 3/small, waist 26,” 5’4”
