This amazing vintage 90s My Michelle black velvet dress has major goth / witchy vibes. It has long sleeves and hits me about 1.5 inches about the knee (I am 5'6 for reference). It has a bit of a wide neckline and it has been worn a lot. Both elbows show some wear and there is a small hole on the back right on the right side shoulder (see pictures).
