Vintage 90s black velvet slip dress Gorgeous vampy slip dress made of soft velvet with a design at the skirt bottom. Spaghetti straps. Made by the now discontinued 90s brand Notorious. No size tag but it measures 19inches across the waist when laid flat and it is very stretchy material. Perfect for a vampy or slinky V day 🌹 I would pair it with sheer tights and some heels 👠
