Vintage 90s blue button-up mini dress with white floral pattern. Fun pearly button details from top to bottom. Jrs size 9, but fits like a flowy women’s small. I’ve used as a swim coverup due to my height (5’ 7”) but works as a dress too. Back appears to have had a threaded tie originally as there are tiny loops (pictured).
