Vintage 90s crinkle dress

This dress is really comfortable. It doesn’t have any brand, size or material information but it feels like a crinkle rayon , maybe cotton blend? More breatheable than poly or acrylic. I’m 5’7” and this hits mid calf for me. I think it would fit a small or medium well. It feels very early Monica Geller and would be great with a jean jacket or sweater for Meg Ryan fall. I love thrifting and shopping sustainably and affordably. Almost everything I buy is secondhand, and I love swapping out items and passing on pieces at the same price or less than what I buy them for.
