Vintage 90s does 70s Nine West Flower Power Blouse Top

Vintage 90s does 70s Nine West top. Has a cute flower power style pattern, with a sheer material, does have lining underneath. The sleeves have a slight flare to them. Looks like a wrap top but it’s not, does have a tie on the side and can be scrunched to be tied smaller. In good condition overall, does have a couple small spots (see photos) nothing that truly affects the overall look or wear. Marked a size 4, can fit a small or medium. See measurements.
