Vintage 90’s girls dress

Vintage 90’s A-line dress, Zoey brand, girls size 7. Excellent condition! Beautiful deep plum color, velvet top with floral lace trim and flower detail. Floral skirt and strings on both sides to tie the waist in back. Measures approximately 26” from neck to hem, and about 11” from shoulder to shoulder.
