New with tag. Off white or a very very light cream.So many beads. Straight shift style dress no waist or elastic. Padded shoulders which can be removed. Fully lined. Split at back of bottom skirt for easy walking. 2 snaps at end of sleeve for easy entrance. In great vintage condition with the exception of BROKEN ZIPPER. Easy project for a seamstress.
