Vintage 90s low rise flare pants trousers Poleci size 2

Classic vintage 90s low rise dress pants by Poleci size 2 made in the USA flares. These look virtually new. They don’t fit me. Black with window pane pattern. so versatile you can wear them to work or wear them out. Made of polyester rayon and spandex, there’s definitely a little give in the fabric , but I wouldn’t say it’s super stretchy Two pockets in front, none in back. Would look even cuter with a belt. Super flattering and definitely a closet staple. 15” waist 8 1/4 “ rise 34 1/4” inseam
