Vintage 90s maxi dress

Beautiful and comfy vintage 90s maxi dress by Dotti! The blew and green colors at the bottom are amazing. There is a slit on the left side of the dress. This would look good with a belt if you are smaller in waist and bust! One flaw is the fraying at top of the slit. Bust: 39” Length: 51.25” - I am 5’2” and this was good on me for length Hips: about 41” best fit 39-40” or smaller- I am 39” and this fit me well wasn’t too tight
