I bought this in the mid 90s and altered it to be a mini dress! It is snug on me and my measurements are 33 bust x 24 waist x 34 hips. A great girls night out! It's a small but fits people who are typically XS. Laying the dress flat, it is 13" across at waist and 32" from shoulder to hem-line. Stretchy material!!

@rojas939 it doesn’t fit me anymore, it’s literally from the 90’s 😅 but it’s not a flowy fabric. And it’s a sheath. It’s very form fitting.
