Vintage mid-90’s Express WorldBrand pencil skirt size 3/4. Light blue w/ darker blue/navy floral pattern dispersed along skirt & on bottom. Even prettier in person. Hidden back zipper & clasp in perfect working order. Is lined/has a built in slip I try to show in pictures. Rests on smallest part of waist. See picture for measurements.
