Vintage 90s peplum dress

this is so cute and I wish it fit me!! But my loss is someone's beautiful gain! it's a 90s peplum dress great fabric, front button and zip closure measurements in photos, hips I forgot to photograph but measure 20 inches laying flat. very important this garment has no stretch. vintage garment have been spot cleaned only to protect the fabric.
