Vintage 90’s petite Blair floral sleeveless maxi dress size large

Excellent vintage condition. No rips, stains or missing buttons. Fits true to size, I wore it at a size 14 and it fit nicely. Elastic in the ruching in the back still good. Very cute and breezy dress. Pit to pit-19.5 Offers are welcome
