Vintage 90s sequin and beaded classic with peplum

This is one of my favorite dresses. I really love the styling. The top is a shear illusion Net with sequins applied in a swirly pattern and it ends in a V at the waist. Then the skirt comes out in a folded waist area but stays narrow like a sheath to the hem in two layers of a mid-weight poly chiffon. There is a big back platkick pleats to the knee. This is a beautiful classic in excellent condition. There are no size tags please see measurement
