Vintage 90s side lace up flare pants

Brand is Anxiety Cafe, size 7. Grommets and criss-cross suede ties all the way down each pant leg, large slits at the bottom, fabric has no stretch. Waist measures 15 inches, rise 8.5, inseam 32, bottom leg opening and side slits both measure 9 inches. Excellent vintage condition.
