Vintage 90’s silk tropical print maxi dress

Silks by I.S.C. -Vintage 90’s -Pullover styling -Double layer silk fabric- the inside layer is solid black and the shell has vibrantly colored exotic flowers -V-neck -Side zip -Bottom ruffle of green snake print attaches to inside layer and overhangs hem -52” length -Good condition, but has some thread pulls and a flaw at the hem, as shown.
