Vintage 90's tie dye dress

Beautiful Vintage 90's tie dye dress . Ruffles on the neck and on the bottom. Beautiful blue and turquoise colors. Light and flowy. Pre-owned like new pristine condition. Size says 11 but it is much smaller than that. I would say it it would fit small or medium. Pit to pit 18" (2)
