Vintage 90’s vest with ruffle bottom

Beautiful vintage 90’s navy blue double breasted vest with pockets and ruffle bottom. The back of the vest is somewhat sheer bug it is also lined. I am not sure if the exact material because there is no tag inside. I believe the fabric used is polyester. The garment was made out of the US because the size tag says 55. Based off of how it fits my mannequin, I would say it’s a small. There are 2 small stains on the back and a rhinestone missing on the top button. (See last pic). It is to die for!
