Vintage '90s vinyl mini skirt by Ecstasy Couture - XTC Leather New York. Made in USA. It has waist darts for a flattering shape. Labeled size Medium, but might be closer to a small. Waist: about 29" Hips: 36" Hem width: 35" Length: 14.5" NOTE: the vinyl has cracked due to its age. It's still a great piece, IMO the cracking looks kind of cool. Not ripped, no holes, but superficial cracking on the vinyl finish. It's shown in the photos but if you need to see more or have questions please let me know.
