Vintage 90s whimsagoth All That Jass embroidered dress

Vintage 90s All That Jazz dress. Black stretch fabric with cream floral embroidery. Dress is very stretchy and slightly see though. Tag is very worn out but is says size medium. 28 inches waist circumference, About 33 inches in length. In perfect condition, no flaws other then tags.
